Pick a place to meet after a disaster. Designate two meeting places. Choose one right outside your home, in case of a sudden household emergency such as a fire. The second place you choose needs to be outside your neighborhood, in the event that it is not safe to stay near or return to your home.

Our sources for products have proven to be dependable. As a general rule, orders are filled within 5 to 10 days plus shipping time for all our products. In the weeks immediately after a national disaster orders and lead times increase dramatically. In short, it's better to obtain your emergency items "before the disaster" than after.

Guaranteed Against Loss - If through no fault of your own, you experience any unauthorized use of your credit card while purchasing items on our site, immediately follow the notification procedures required by your credit card company. Upon confirmation of credit card fraud, if your issuing company fails to waive your entire liability for unauthorized charges, ReddyOrNot.com will reimburse you for the remaining liability, up to a maximum of fifty dollars. Federal law limits your liability for unauthorized usage of your credit card to $50.

Product Warrantees
Warrantees on all products are in accordance with the written manufacturer's warranty information for each product.
Freight damage must be handled by the customer directly with the delivering carrier by either refusing obviously damaged packaging or by filing a damage claim directly with the delivering carrier if concealed damage is discovered after opening package.
In cases of dissatisfaction with products please contact ReddyOrNot.com within 10 days of receipt of product. Product returns may be made only upon issuance of a "Return Authorization Number" from ReddyOrNot.com to our customer. Authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Refund for 100% of the product price (not including freight) will be made upon satisfactory receipt of the undamaged merchandise in original undamaged containers.
