If you still have concerns about using your credit card for the purchase you have the option of mailing us a check for payment. When this method is used, your order is taken and then processed for shipment after receipt of your payment check at our offices.

Order Confirmation
After your order is placed you will receive an emailed confirmation of our receipt of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation within 1 hour of placing it you may contact us by emailing Orders@ReddyOrNot.com to confirm we have received your order.
Shipping
Shipping rates within the Continental U.S. will be automatically calculated and indicated on your original order for most items weighing less than 150 pounds. You may choose the level of shipping you desire (ground, 3rd day, 2nd day, next day) and the applicable shipping cost will be calculated and added to your order.
Shipping of most products will be via UPS. Exceptions are Honeywell Safes and Shredders which will be shipped by FedEx for items up to 149 pounds. For Honeywell Products weighing 150 pounds or more ReddyOrNot.com will request a freight quote that will be emailed to you our customer for approval prior to completing the transaction.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada, please request a freight quote.
Back-Orders
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email with the estimated lead time to fulfill your order.
Returns
For return of defective, damaged or incorrect product from what was ordered:
In the event of receiving the wrong product, a defective product, or a product that has been damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately by phone (1-801-367-3925) or email at Info@ReddyOrNot.com to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and arrange for return shipment. Please retain all original packaging material for return shipment or freight carrier inspection.
In the event of freight damage, please contact the delivering carrier immediately for an inspector to examine the package and enclosed product for a freight claim.
Returns subject to charges:
If you have received the correct product you ordered in good undamaged “as new” condition and do not want to keep it, please contact us immediately by phone (1-801-367-3925) or email at Info@ReddyOrNot.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and arrange for a return shipment.
Please note that to get full credit, all items must be returned in their original undamaged packaging and in 100% sellable condition for a credit to be issued. For returned items received back from our customers in the “unused and sellable condition” described above a credit will be issued for the full price of the product(s) not including the original shipping cost.
When you are returning products it is recommended you choose a carrier that will provide a tracking number for your protection to ship the return.
Credits for returns:
Please allow 30 days from the time you return your package for the items to be exchanged or for your credit card to be fully credited.
